The company collaborates closely with motor manufacturers and component suppliers for controllers to jointly develop high-grade sine-wave controller technology with exceptional hill-climbing capability, resulting in the launch of several models in the “Changpao Wang” series of electric vehicles that are ideally suited for the road conditions in the Yunnan–Guizhou–Sichuan region. In 2013, extensive long-distance road tests were conducted, and the “Chenglong Electric Vehicle 500-Mile One-Charge National Marathon Endurance Challenge,” co-organized by the company and distributors across the country, was a resounding success. During the event, the Liuzhou–Nanning leg even surpassed 606 miles! The “Chenglong Electric Vehicle” tour spanning the entire Guangxi region further demonstrated the technological prowess of Chenglong’s electric vehicles.
The company manufactures its electric vehicles using advanced, standardized assembly-line processes, with rigorous control over every stage of production and inspection. Each vehicle leaving the production line undergoes multiple inspection procedures. Equipped with state-of-the-art professional equipment, such as motor dynamometers and battery testing and repair systems, the company accurately measures and records the key technical parameters of every critical component, ensuring that every electric vehicle delivered to customers is of superior quality.
